Let me just start by saying I hate insomnia! I've been getting by for close to a week now on 4 hours or less per day. I've tried just about everything short of sleeping pills. I even made myself an eyeshade (see photo). It works really well to block out the light and is comfy. And it doesn't leave weird patterns on my face.Now if I could just find a pattern for that brain/thought muffler...
